How Our Sales Work
First things First
Give us a call (516.686.6991) or send us an email and tell us a little about your home, what you need to sell and why. Are you selling because you need to downsize for a move? Are you responsible for the estate of a deceased family member? Do you need a full clear out or just want to sell a few items?
Next, we will come out to visit you and review what you want to sell to determine if an estate sale is the right fit for your needs. At our meeting a plan will be put in place that will work the best for you.
Please remember, we represent you, the owner, not the buyers lined up outside your home waiting to purchase your belongings. We do everything within our power to maintain order, protect your home and yard and control the sale. Our aim is to ensure your items are sold for the highest amount the market will bear.
There is No Charge for consultation, set up, merchandising, pricing, photography, advertising, staffing, tables, chairs, signage and clean up.
We require that all of our sales have a standard working agreement. We do not operate an estate sale without a contract in place.
