We accept select items for consignment in our shop. To be considered, please email us photos of your item and we will contact you if we feel it is a good fit for our shop and for you as the Consignor.  (silvercreekantiqueandestate@gmail.com)

Please note that we accept only a few items for consignment. Our decision is based on condition, aesthetics, rarity, uniqueness, history, authenticity and overall look to maintain the quality of our shop's inventory.

Terms

Silver Creek retains fifty-percent (50%) commission on consignment items sold.

Silver Creek researches and authenticates all items that are sold in our shop. Consignment pieces are marketed online, on our Social Media channels, to our private collectors and displayed in our shop.

Our Consignment Term is 180 days. SCAE will act in good faith  to sell the item for the valuation of the item provided to the Consignor. However,   the longer an item remains on the sales floor appropriate discounts will be taken on the asking price. 

 

At the end of the initial Consignment Period of 180 days, the Seller must retrieve their unsold item, giving SCAE 10 days prior notice. The Consignment Period may be extended if the Seller notifies SCAE before the end of the initial Consignment Period.

 

We cannot store items that do not sell. At the end of the 180 day term, if the Seller does not make arrangements with SCAE to extend agreement or pick up their item and a period of One (1) year has passed, the item will be discounted, donated or disposed of at the discretion of SCAE.
